How are products priced and sold?

To better accommodate your on-demand jobs, GPA will break carton quantities and sell individual packages or reams. All products on this site are sold in full packages, and priced per sheet.

What is your return policy?

Any stock product can be returned to GPA within 30-days of the shipment date. The product must be in saleable condition and returned in the original packaging unopened.

A $15.00 or 10% restocking charge, whichever is greater, will be deducted from any credit for returned product. In the case of a product returned to the mill, all penalties or additional charges imposed by the mill will be charged to the customer.

An RMA number (Return Material Authorization) must be obtained prior to the return of any product. Please complete the online RMA form or call GPA Customer Support at 800-395-9000 for an RMA number in order to facilitate the product return and receive prompt credit. The RMA number must appear on both your shipping label and packing list.

All non-stock and custom items or items that have exceeded their shelf life are not returnable for credit.

Shipping costs for returned product will not be reimbursed.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 3:00 pm Central Time will be shipped the same day from our nearest regional warehouse. Orders that require shipping via LTL or freight need additional processing time and may not ship the same day. If your order needs to ship via LTL or freight, you will be contacted by a GPA Customer Support Specialist to review the details of your order.

Where will my order ship from?

GPA's Distribution Centers are strategically located across the country to allow for same day shipment of stock items. GPA will make every effort to ship your order from the closest location for the fastest delivery time. If an item is not stocked in your area, it will be shipped from the next closest warehouse location.

How do I track the status of my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email that includes your shipping and tracking information or you can login to your account, click on the order # you would like to track, and then click "track order". You will then see the shipping and delivery details of your order.

What do you charge for shipping online orders?

GPA offers free standard ground delivery service via FedEx on all orders over $500 within the 48 continental states. Expedited shipping options are available and will be charged based on GPA's contracted rates. For International Shipping, please contact GPA Customer Support at 800-395-9000 for more information.

How will my order ship?

GPA's preferred shipping carrier is FedEx. All small package/carton orders ship via FedEx. Larger orders may require LTL or freight shipping and will be determined by the weight and destination of your order. If your order needs to ship via LTL or freight, you will be contacted by a GPA Customer Support Specialist to review the details of your order.

Can I use my carrier's account number?

We are unable to ship through ShopGPA.com under a different carrier or account number. If your order needs to ship on your account, please call GPA Customer Support at 800-395-9000 to place your order.

Do you ship outside the United States?

If you require shipping outside the U.S., please contact GPA Customer Support at 800-395-9000.

Will I get an order confirmation?

Once your order is submitted, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details. Once the order process is completed, you will receive an order acknowledgement email with your order details and the GPA warehouse your order is shipping from.

Will I get notification when my order ships?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email that includes your shipping and tracking information.

What methods of payment do you accept?

GPA offers several options for you to pay for your online order. These methods of payment include: Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover), or you may apply for an open account.

How do I apply for an open account?

In order to apply for an open account with GPA, you must fill out the appropriate paperwork for credit approval. A signed credit application, including at least three (3) trade references and a bank reference must be submitted to GPA. Click here to download the credit application form.

Do you charge sales tax? How is it calculated?

GPA is required by law to charge sales tax on its products in states where it has operations or a facility. Sales tax is calculated using the current sales tax percentage where the order is being shipped.

How do I place an order using a tax exemption or resellers certificate?

You can order online without paying tax by taking the following steps. First, please request and get set up with an Account if you do not have one already. If you already have an account, please email credit@askgpa.com or fax 708-485-8608 your state-issued Resale Certificate, Sales Tax Registration Certificate or Sales Tax License Certificate.

Please include the following information:

  1. Name
  2. Email address used to create your online account
  3. Company Name
  4. Phone # (So we can call you with any questions.)
  5. Certificate

GPA will then set up your tax-exempt status, and email you a confirmation when the setup is completed. After the setup is completed, any orders placed online will not be charged tax. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing account setups. Please note: you must log in to place orders that qualify for tax exemption.

How do I change or cancel an order?

Most orders are released for processing within a few minutes of the order being entered. Changing or cancelling an online order may be possible if you contact GPA Customer Support immediately. If the item has already been packed for shipping or the carrier has already picked it up, we are unable to change or cancel the order.
